A friend let me photograph her lovely home with its assortment of chairs, art and furniture. Occasionally, I’ll ask a friend if I may do that because I see something in their home that is drawing me to take a deeper, longer look.
Juggling my schedule and hers lead to one certain day for us to meet. As it happened, the light was exquisit. Reflection surprises bouncing off of windows and doors even reflected on oriental rugs. Shadows were filled with color and light filled the space. This one I had to paint.
It is a one of a kind original oil painting by Anne Harkness. It is a framed 36H x 20”W painting.
